'Brit transplant Coral Lambert waxes poetic on the back wall with stanzas of verse traversed by cast-iron wings in 'Fly by Night', which offers tantalizing contrasts between soaring words and densely heavy wings.'

City Pages, MN 'A Room of Ones Own’    Installation Review  1996.

'Coral Lambert's "Cosmic Reliquary," in which hand-cast fertility idols, swords, and other talismanic objects rest on fake fur stands--all laid out in a room with walls of magenta mylar, and peepholes encircled in glitter. Such seemingly incompatible materials make "Cosmic Reliquary" a sacred space that's flaky and funky at the same time; I was especially partial to the simple but ingenious means by which Lambert made mere holes in the floor seem as if they lead into another dimension.'
